I love to read and I also enjoy sharing what I have read. I found this great article, “10 Ways to Become a Stronger Woman” in Fitness Magazine, a “must-do list” from Maria Shriver, a former news anchor, now First Lady of California, and the author of Ten Things I Wish I’d Known Before I Went Out Into The Real World. So I would like to share some great word of wisdom from Maria Shriver with all of you.
- Do something that scares you every day, as Eleanor Roosevelt suggested. Fear gives us wisdom. It makes us work harder than we imagined we could.
- Eat moderately; live bountifully. Enjoy healthy foods. You want your body to last a very long time.
- Jot down in a journal one moment a day in which you felt powerful. Share your thoughts and ideas at californiawomen.org/forum/. The idea: We can all learn from each other.
- Get a physical every year. You are worth it. Your health is a gift.
- Use a pedometer to track how much you move around. Challenge yourself daily to take at least 10,000 steps.
- Serve your community at least once a year. Build a playground, tutor a child, or deliver food to a home-bound senior citizen. I know that helping others makes me feel better about myself and my purpose in life. Not sure where to begin? Check out volunteermatch.org.
- Read The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment, by Eckhart Tolle. It’s a beautiful book that encourages us all to live in the present as a way to be happy.
- Keep a record of tips and inspirational quotations that you can refer to each day. One of my favorite quotes, which I have on a T-shirt: “Well-behaved woman rarely make history.”
- Stay curious. Be open-minded. Ask a lot of questions and get a lot of answers. That’s information–and wisdom.
- Pledge to “show up” in your life as yourself, not as an imitation of anyone else.

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! The beatiful butterfly calender which i bought yesterday…erghhh..when i opens it…theres a few words..at 1st i tot it was normal words of wisdom la..but then..Ya allah!!! it’s all of the bible words..OMG!OMG! OMG! what should i do…i love the butterfly picture but the words..no way !! should i cut the butterfly picture? or should i just throw the whole thing? or should i just erase all the words with anythingla ?

They shouldnt sell this to public like that…they should have respect towards other religion also what..at least la quotes sumthing so that ppl know what inside the calender… ayo…

hahahah..watever it is..i feel a lil bit stress…not a bit…a lots..hahahaha.Im not perfect at all..not perfect at all..sometimes its very stressfull when we are too concern on what ppls says n tots.Im tired of that..theres a lots of things more inside my head..my family probs n ect… so STOP!!!!!!! i bought a book and a very beautiful butterfly calaender at MPH during lunch time..i was bored n stress..so lepak2 n jalan2 sorang2.rudy ask me out for lunch..urgh..dat orang tua tak faham bahasa ker..i dont wantla…make me feel more kusut..guys are jerks…ops…hahhaha
I bought "Lift me Up" by Ron Kaufman ..its a inspiring quotes and uplifting notes to keep u going strong :)) since i really need it now hahaha.But there’s one book really attracts me..but tak beli pun..dont have enought cash..:p almost rm5o..adus.. the title "Its not how good u are, its how good u want to be" by Paul Arden.Adus tergugat iman ku nak beli buku neh…ut need to think about this month budget..since so many wedding to attend..presents…christmas lagi..Bali lagi..darn.. 
How i wish my father is a millionare *wink* hmmm..but i guess..money cant buy love,happiness..loyalness..n ect.so better bersyukur with what we have
